Trademark is a brand name. It may any word, name, symbol, device or any combination. The Registration of Trademark confers to owner the exclusive right to the use the Registered Trademark in relation to the goods or services.
Requirement Detail & Documents for Registration:
  • A Power of Attorney on stamp paper valuable Rs. 100/- in our favor (Format will be provide by us)
  • Details of applicant such as:
    1. Name of Applicant (Proprietor/ Partners/ Director etc.)
    2. Company name
    3. Address of applicant/ Company/firm
    4. Business Details (goods/ services)
    5. User Details
  • Logo (If you have)
Stages of Registration:
  • Obtain search report through us
  • Submission of application
  • Allotment of application number
  • Application examine by Trademark Registry
  • Issued an examination report
  • Replying of examination report
  • Attend hearing
  • Accept & Advertisement of application in Trademark journal
  • Opposition against application
  • Counter statement against opposition
  • Registration of the mark
  • Issue of Registration Certificate
