- Obtain search report through us
- Submission of application
- Allotment of application number
- Application examine by Trademark Registry
- Issued an examination report
- Replying of examination report
- Attend hearing
- Accept & Advertisement of application in Trademark journal
- Opposition against application
- Counter statement against opposition
- Registration of the mark
- Issue of Registration Certificate
